Graining of all metal types is processed in house by our Grindingmaster 2000. This creates an attractive brushed/dull polished finish on parts up to 1m wide.
The graining process brushes the top of the material creating a uniform finish. Furthermore, surface imperfections are removed, leaving a pleasingly aesthetic look.
The grinding process has the added benefit of removing burrs from holes and internal cut-outs as well as removing surface contaminants and creating an excellent key for painting.
We stock 150 & 220 grit belts, but a vast range of grades is available should a specific requirement arise.
