Salesmade Fabrications operates the latest bending solution from Amada; the HFE-3i. This Brake Press is capable of folding metal parts up to 3.1m in length and comes equipped with a “DIGI PRO” device. This device monitors bend accuracy, ensuring consistency throughout the batch run.
Metal folding is a complex process, however our computer controlled Press ensures components are folded with precision.
The Brake Press is fitted with quick change tool holders, so we can efficiently move on to the next job and reduce costly downtime. Within the installed software, there is a function for calculating the undeveloped flat blank, which minimises both set-up and test folding requirements.
In addition, we have a wide range of standard and custom tooling to produce simple 90-degree bends, through to Radius, Dutch, Hemming and Joggled folds.
